Unless a product specifically guarantees exact flowers, exact colors, or an exact recipe, arrangements may be considered designer’s choice in style and execution based on the selected design, available inventory, and the overall look of the arrangement.

 

Substitutions

 

Flowers, containers, ribbons, and design accents are subject to seasonal and daily availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice while preserving the overall style, color palette, and feel of the arrangement as closely as possible.

 

Pricing

 

All prices, product details, delivery fees, promotions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, or technical errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

 

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are subject to our posted Shipping Policy, including delivery zones, delivery timing, recipient availability, and safe drop-off procedures. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by our shop in advance.
