Fresh Floral Sales Policy

 

Each arrangement is handcrafted fresh to order with care and attention to detail. Because floral products are perishable and many designs are custom-made, all sales are considered final once production begins.

 

Cancellations


Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Same-day and next-day orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

For urgent cancellation requests, please call us immediately at 832-779-1553. Time-sensitive cancellations should be made by phone whenever possible.

 

Our Quality Promise

 

If your arrangement arrives damaged, materially incorrect, or below our quality standards due to our error, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the arrangement
  • a brief description of the issue

 

If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies depending on the nature of the issue:

  • replacement
  • full store credit
  • partial store credit
  • partial refund

 

Approved credits and refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

If the recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery, the 24-hour review window begins when the arrangement is first accessed, provided we are notified within 48 hours of the original delivery date.

 

Substitutions

 

Fresh flowers, containers, and design elements are subject to seasonal and market availability. When specific blooms or containers are unavailable, we may substitute with items of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and occasion of the arrangement as closely as possible.


Natural variation in bloom size, flower shade, and stage of opening is inherent to fresh flowers and does not constitute a defect.

 

Situations Not Eligible for Refund, Credit, or Replacement

 

We are unable to issue refunds, credits, or replacements for:

 

  • incorrect recipient, delivery, or pickup information provided by the customer
  • failed delivery after reasonable delivery attempts without alternate instructions
  • changes requested after production has begun
  • weather delays, traffic delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • normal variation in fresh floral products
  • personal preference when the arrangement reflects the style, palette, and value ordered
  • delays caused by hospitals, funeral homes, churches, schools, businesses, gated properties, or other third-party location restrictions
  • damage occurring after a successful delivery or after a pickup order leaves our shop in approved condition


Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery failure was caused directly by our shop.

 

Pickup Orders

 

Quality concerns for pickup orders should be raised before leaving the shop whenever possible, or within 24 hours of pickup with clear photos.


Once a pickup order leaves our shop in approved condition, we are unable to issue refunds or credits for damage, mishandling, or deterioration that occurs afterward.

 

Custom, Sympathy, Funeral & Event Orders

 

Custom, sympathy, funeral, wedding, and event orders are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, reserved, or design time has been scheduled.


Because these orders often involve advance planning, reserved inventory, special sourcing, and allocated labor, cancellation eligibility may be limited even if the event date has not yet arrived.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

 

We ask that customers contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and professionally.


Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and may be formally challenged through the appropriate payment processor or legal channels.
