A: We deliver across Houston and surrounding areas based on our active delivery zone. Not sure if we deliver to your address? Call or text 832-779-1553 and we'll confirm right away.

Q: Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
A: Yes. Order by 2:00 PM for same-day delivery in Houston. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date and time window. Need something after 2:00 PM? Call or text 832-779-1553 for rush availability.

Q: What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
A: If the recipient is not available, we will leave the flowers in a safe place and notify the recipient. If we are unable to leave the flowers safely, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

Payment and Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cash for in-store purchases.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Standard orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Same-day and next-day orders can be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Please call us as soon as possible at 832-779-1553.
